- I'm a lover of movement, lover of family, nature and the water. I enjoy making delicious food, especially when it means nourishing my family with healthy, tasty eats. I don't ascribe to any labels (vegan, paleo, etc.) but try to cook and eat a clean plant and protein-based diet with a few guilty pleasures mixed up in there. Most of these recipes can be made without spending a fortune. Some of these recipes are my own, some are tweaks of recipes, others still may be a favorite that people ask for frequently but I will note the source. The goal of this blog is to help empower others to live the best quality life possible by sharing recipes and health tips along the way.
