Ok, I have to admit, I suck. I took no pictures today, just worked all day... went to Costco, ran and went to the late Iron Man show. Not even a week into it and I missed a day! Oh well, something will be posted this afternoon...

I don't ascribe to any labels (vegan, paleo, etc.) but try to cook and eat a clean plant and protein-based diet with a few guilty pleasures mixed up in there. Most of these recipes can be made without spending a fortune. Some of these recipes are my own, some are tweaks of recipes, others still may be a favorite that people ask for frequently but I will note the source.
